These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of triunedynamic.com (the "Site"), operated by Triune Dynamic Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("Triune Dynamic", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or any related system, disrupting or overburdening its operation, introducing malicious code, or scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from it without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and the Triune Dynamic name and branding — is the property of Triune Dynamic Limited or its licensors, and is protected by applicable UK and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Product, technology, and roadmap information
Descriptions of products, technologies, specifications, capabilities, and roadmaps on the Site (including any content described as strategic, technical, or "Investor Intelligence") are forward-looking statements provided for general informational purposes only. They reflect our current plans and intentions as of the date published, are subject to change without notice, and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or contractual commitment that any product, feature, or capability will be developed, delivered, or achieved as described or on any particular timeline. Actual outcomes may differ materially from any such statements as a result of technical, commercial, regulatory, or other factors.
No investment advice or financial promotion
Nothing on the Site constitutes, or should be construed as, an offer, solicitation, or invitation to buy or sell securities, an invitation to invest in Triune Dynamic Limited, investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a financial promotion for the purposes of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Any content directed at investors or partners is provided for general informational purposes only. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment or financial decision.
No medical, security, or professional advice
Content on the Site relating to health technology, security technology, or adaptive AI is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, clinical, safety, or professional security advice. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.
No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triune Dynamic Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triune Dynamic Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to them does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Waitlist and contact submissions
Information you submit through the waitlist or contact form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on Triune Dynamic Limited to provide you with early or guaranteed access to any product, and does not constitute a contract for the sale or supply of goods or services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Triune Dynamic Limited regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
